Lovestamp Terms, Policies & Conditions
Purchasing from lovestamp is taken as reading and agreeing to all terms, conditions and policies set out on this page. You will be asked at checkout to agree to these terms and policies before you can proceed to payment of your order.
PAYMENTS
Lovestamp accepts Direct Debit or Paypal.
Payment in full must be received before your order will be created.
LEAD TIME
Most Lovestamp orders can take up to a minimum of 14 working days (Mon – Fri), from date of payment received by Lovestamp to complete to post.
{This excludes weekends & public holidays}.

The following pieces have a longer lead time of minimum 4 weeks (working days only excluding weekends & public holidays) from date of payment recieved at Lovestamp to complete & post.

POSTAGE
Lovestamp has flat rate postage of $6.00AU to Australia and New Zealand no matter how much you order.
Lovestamp ships via Australia Post. All orders are posted via Registered Post or Express Post. We will advise you once your item has been posted via email. Please be aware Lovestamp is situated in a regional area so it may take a couple more days for delivery. If you’re not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it’s not safe to leave it a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office. Please note that once an item is with Australia Post, we will no longer take responsibility for lost, broken or misplaced items. Items will not be replaced or refunded by Lovestamp due to mail going missing. Registered Post means your item is insured for up to $100.00 by Australia Post. If you would like to insure your item for more, please let me know and I will quote you on this prior to ordering.

We do try extremely hard to get them done before then, and usually succeed 99.9% of the time.
We do offer a rush service for our clients, this is at a cost of $20.00 per order, but is only after discussion and confirmation by me. Please contact me to discuss this option.
Sometimes there may be unfortunate and out of my hands delays in receiving your order due to unforeseen circumstances, if this occurs I will notify you as soon as possible regarding this.
{Please be aware} During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc) postage may take longer due to the volumes of mail being processed at these times of year.
Lovestamp is not liable for any lost items, damage or delays after they have been sent with Australia Post. You may want to consider insuring your order, please let us know if you would like us to add insurance to your order.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are availble for purchase. You will recieve your gift certificate with a code that will need to be entered when a purchase is made to redeem the certificate. Each gift certificate can only be used once, no cash value will be given and no leftover credit balances are kept. They are good for 6 months.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom work involved in each piece, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if there is a personalization mistake on my part, please contact me and I will replace the item ASAP.
If the error was not our mistake, and you are just unhappy with the product or the font you chose, then the piece is yours to keep.
We reserve the right to judge our own quality, we do our absolute best to send out the highest quality of handstamped jewelry!
We cannot remake or partially refund without the original piece returned first. This is assessed on a case by case basis.
Because all of Lovestamp jewellery is custom made just for you, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to check and triple check all personalization details. Refunds cannot be given for change of mind.
I create your personalized sterling silver and gold filled items by hand. All personalized products are one of a kind. No two pendants will be identical in shape, size or texture and letters will not be perfectly aligned, spaced or shaded. Due to the handmade and hand cut nature of these pieces they may also have some small surface scratches as well. This is not considered a flaw and I feel this adds to the character and uniqueness of our products. Please also be aware that metal on metal will cause scratching from wear. Also swarovski’s on top of metal will cause surface scratching over time. This is not a flaw but part of the design. These natural variations should be expected, and are not considered flaws. Please also be aware that these pieces are NOT engraved, they are hand stamped with tools, this WILL leave an indentation that sometimes may show through to the other side of the metal, this is not considered a flaw and will NOT be a refundable issue.
If you are after perfection or cookie cutter big chain store jewellery then Lovestamp is not for you.
Ring Sizing – {IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATION} You must know your ring size prior to ordering this piece. You will need to go to a local jeweller and have you finger sized and then let us know the size for your ring. This is very important, rings will not be refunded for incorrect sizing recieved. This is final.
Other terms that Lovestamp will not be held responsible for are the following –
- If a product has been modified, changed or repaired by someone other than Lovestamp
- Any faults or defects from wear and tear or lack of proper care and cleaning
- Any defects resulting from neglect, accidental damage, misuse.
GOLD FILLED INFORMATION
What is Gold–Filled?
Gold-filled describes when a layer of gold is mechanically and permanently bonded with heat and pressure to the surface of base metal, then rolled or drawn to a given thickness. The only thing that comes in to contact with your skin is 14kt Gold. You should not confuse this process with gold plating because Gold Filled has 100 times the amount of 14kt Gold as plating. It is strong, durable, and resistant to tarnish. Gold Filled will not flake, chip or cause allergies the way gold plate does. Many antique pieces, especially watches, are made from 14kt Gold Filled metal. In the jewellery industry the quantity of gold must be at least 1/20th by weight of the total product. Items listed as 14/20 means it is 14k gold equalling 5% of the weight of the piece. The result is a metal that looks and wears like 14kt gold but is much more affordable.
Gold-filled items will remain gold for if cared for properly. Gold filled items are very beautiful and look exactly like solid gold items (unlike gold plate which looks rather tacky, in my opinion). They should last as long as an equivalent piece in sterling silver. All of my gold filled supplies come from the USA and conform to US law.
